Warm White Decorative Paper is a high-performance specialty base paper designed for decorative laminates. Made from 100% virgin softwood and hardwood pulp, it completely avoids recycled fibers, ensuring superior strength and stability. Optimized with high-beating pulp production and wet-strength agent modification, this paper maintains excellent tensile strength and wet strength under high-humidity resin impregnation conditions, minimizing deformation and breakage during production. Unlike coated papers, its strength lies in resin penetration and thermal press stability, rather than ink adhesion.

Upgrades and Application Directions

The industry is transitioning from urea-formaldehyde to phenolic resin, pushing Warm white decorative paper toward E0 or near-ENF environmental standards.

High-end applications can incorporate pre-coated waterborne polyurethane layers, enhancing compatibility with 3D thermoforming processes.
