Natural Wood Contact Paper

Natural wood contact paper is a decorative material specifically designed for OSB (Oriented Strand Board) substrates. Applied directly through a high-temperature, high-pressure process, it requires no additional coating and perfectly adapts to the characteristics of OSB. Unlike ordinary veneer paper, it overcomes common application issues, making it the preferred decorative consumable for OSB processing.

• Strong Substrate Compatibility: Precisely matches OSB boards with density 600–720 kg/m³, surface roughness Ra 3.2–6.3 μm, and moisture content 8–12%. It avoids the bubbling and delamination issues often seen with ordinary melamine paper, ensuring excellent bonding stability.
• Upgraded Structure and Performance: Features a high-elasticity phenolic resin buffer layer instead of standard urea-formaldehyde glue, with an adhesive amount of 150–200 g/m², improving stress absorption and adapting to the thermal expansion and contraction of OSB. It delivers ≥8000 revolutions of wear resistance, remains undeformed at 200℃, and has excellent resistance to acid and alkali corrosion.
• Environmental Friendliness and Specification Adaptability: Achieves F4-star environmental protection rating with formaldehyde release ≤0.05 mg/m³, and some products are formaldehyde-free. Available in 0.8–1.5 mm thicknesses and can be customized for different applications.

• 0.8–1.2 mm thickness: Ideal for cabinet door manufacturing.
• 1.5 mm thickened type: Suitable for countertops, load-bearing structures, and areas requiring high strength.
