Product Introduction: Ready-to-Press Decorative Material

Our Impregnated Decorative Paper is a semi-finished product. It is made by saturating printed decorative paper with melamine resin. After impregnation, the paper is dried and cut. This material is known in the industry as melamine-impregnated paper. It is widely used for laminating furniture and panels. When you press this paper onto particleboard, MDF, or plywood, it forms a surface that is scratch-resistant, heat-resistant, and stain-resistant. This product solves the problem of natural wood defects. It also greatly improves the appearance and function of wood-based panels. Using our product makes the lamination process simpler for our customers.

 

We have over fifteen years of experience in this field. Our first impregnation line started in 2009. Today, we have 13 fully automated impregnation lines. Our monthly production capacity for this product is 4.5 million sheets. We strictly control the key parameters in our process. We carefully monitor the resin application rate, keeping it between 130% and 150%. We control the volatile content to be between 6% and 7%. We also ensure the pre-cure degree is less than or equal to 65%. This consistency guarantees that every batch of Impregnated Decorative Paper performs reliably for our clients. Our major clients include well-known brands such as Moganshan, Dawangye, and Oppein. From glue preparation to drying, cutting, and packing, we follow ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
