In simple terms, the production process of composite engineered wood veneer involves a series of precise steps to transform ordinary wood into a decorative material with precious wood grain and texture. The entire process can be summarized in the following core steps:
Log Preparation and Rotary Cutting: Fast-growing wood (such as poplar and paulownia) is selected as the base material. After softening treatment, it is cut into continuous veneer rolls using a rotary cutter.
Drying and Coloring:After drying, the veneer is bleached and dyed to achieve the target color.
Assembly and Pressing:The colored veneer is assembled according to the designed grain, glued, and then placed in a mold for hot or cold pressing to form the final product.
Post-processing and Finished Products: The pressed wood blocks undergo sawing, planing, and other processes to ultimately produce finished veneers of different thicknesses and specifications.
